A coupling force amplification structure of a turret and an amplification method thereof are provided to improve the coupling force and the response speed without hydraulic pressure according to the mechanical control of the curvic coupling. A coupling force amplification structure of a turret comprises an actuator(10) generating the coupling force; a wedge(12) combined with the actuator and circumferentially formed with an inclined groove; a bracket(13) combined with the wedge and formed with a steel ball groove at the upper part; plural steel balls(14) inserted in the steel ball groove; a stay(15) fixed at the body and formed with a taper surface inside; a combining rod(16) and an unclamp rod(17) combined at one end of the bracket; and a piston curvic coupling(21) operated by the combining rod and the unclamp rod. The piston curvic coupling is detachably combined with a fixing curvic coupling(22) fixed at the body, and an orbit curvic coupling(23) rotated by the shaft to interfere the rotation of a disk(4).
