<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinegar-containing soft drink in which vinegar that is rather difficult to drink is made easy to drink and magnesium, one of minerals of which ingestion is often shortened in modern-day people is made readily ingested. <P>SOLUTION: This soft drink is prepared by adding bittern to a mixture of water and brewed or synthesized or their mixed vinegar further, when necessary, saccharide are added to the vinegar and bittern mixture. In one embodiment, the resultant mixture is diluted with water so that the consumers can directly drink the mixture.
