A method for plaster production, including fluidising and vaporizing surface water of moist calcium sulphate dihydrate (1) by means of a heat-transfer gas (3); fluidising and withdrawing water of crystallization from the surface-dried calcium sulphate dihydrate (9) so-obtained, by means of a heat-transfer gas (5) to form a product containing calcium sulphate hemihydrate; and fluidising and cooling said product (12) by means of a heat transfer gas (11), with vibration system (2) and dust recycling system.
