A computer-readable recording medium storing a printing setting program is provided to enable a user to promptly perform printing with a printing paper feeder cassette of a printer by clicking each printing command button, which is formed as many as the number of cassettes, for transferring a printing command to the cassette of the printer in a printing command window. Each printer connected to a computer and the feeder cassettes installed in each printer are searched. The printing command window including the printing command button corresponding to each searched printer/cassette is displayed. The printing is performed by using the cassette of the printer according to selection of each printing command button. The printing command window includes a printer display window and a setting button for setting attribute of the printer displayed to the printer display window. If the setting button is clicked, printer information and a default setting screen of the printer are displayed, and the user sets a paper size/direction and printing effect/quality of each cassette of the printer.
