A tree crusher using oil pressure is provided to transmit the power supply of an engine with a pulley and a belt, and to operate a moving unit and a tree supply unit by using the pressure of the oil pressure with a simple structure. The tree crusher using oil pressure comprises a crushing device, a moving unit(B) and a tree supply unit(C). The crushing device connects an output shaft(20) of an engine(2), a guide shaft, and a crushing cutter rotation shaft with a pulley and a belt to crush trees. In the moving unit, the mission(6) selectively rotates driving wheels(7) with left and right steering levers, when the oil pressure pump(4) is operated by the power of the engine(2). In the supply unit, a couple of tree supply rollers are operated by a change lever(5) with the pressure sent by the oil pressure pump(4).
