An alarming horn for an advertisement is provided to attract interests of drivers and pedestrians and to improve advertising efficiency by using a copy as an alarm. A manipulation panel(30) has an alarm selecting button comprised of plural advertisement contents. When the alarm selecting button is turned-on, the manipulation panel transmits a calling signal of alarm data. A controller unit(40) receives the calling signal of the alarm data outputted from the manipulation panel to determine the kind of the alarm, read the alarm corresponding to the determined alarm from a memory, and output and control it. A codec(50) receives the alarm data outputted from the controller unit to convert it into an analog signal. An alarm transmitting unit(60) receives the analog alarm signal from the codec to amplify it. The alarm transmitting unit transmits the amplified signal to a speaker(70).
