A multipurpose portable cutter safety roller is provided to maintain the cutting height even by coupling a roller rotating freely at 360 degrees in the direction that a user moves with a cutter. A bearing(20) is mounted on a rotation roller ball(10), in which a bearing device rack(11), a coupling portion(12) and a fixing cam(13) fixing a roller are installed. A fixing nut(31) coupled with a driving shaft of a cutter edge, a rotation shaft(33) and a fixing recess(34) are constituted integrally on a central shaft(30). The central shaft(30) is coupled with a rotation roller ball(10), and the fixing cam(13) and the fixing recess(34) are coupled to let the roller rotate freely while preventing secession of the roller. A safety cover(40) includes a coupling tool(41), a safety tool(42), a coupling portion(43) and a mold(44). |
