A gravure roll printing apparatus is provided to prevent safety accidents accompanied by a gravure roll exchanging work by including a gravure roll exchanging unit. A gravure roll printing apparatus includes a gravure roll exchanging section(200), a gravure roll mounting section, and a feeding section(400). The gravure roll exchanging section includes an exchange support unit(220) and an exchange grip unit(230). The exchange support unit includes an exchange support member and an exchange central shaft. The exchange grip unit includes a plurality of grippers and is rotatably mounted to the exchange support unit. The gravure roll mounting section accommodates the grippers to mount a gravure roll and rotates the mounted gravure roll.
