An electrical indicating-instrument has zeroadjusting means comprising a rotary member 14 which is coaxial with the pivots of a rotatable moving system and has an eccentric pin 13 engaging a slotted arm 11 turning about a parallel pivot 12 and causing rotation of an arm 7 pivoted coaxially with the pivots of the system and carrying the spring 5 controlling its deflection. The slot in the arm 11 engages an arm 10 on a disc 9 which turns together with another disc 8 carrying the arm 7 to which one end of the spring 5 is attached, the other end being attached to a lug 6 of the pointer assembly.
