A system for computing and analyzing the necessary amount of subsidiary materials in a corrugated cardboard production process is provided to generate a standardized management process of an adhesion step for each product item on the basis of systemically accumulated management data, instead of manually executed management, and to devise measures for each cause of adhesion defects. In an adhesion step of a corrugated cardboard production process, a device control system analyzes the correlation among the viscosity, flow, and temperature of an adhesive agent and defective ratio by installing a viscometer(107), flowmeters(106,121,129), and a thermometer on the same process line, and assists the product cost analysis by collecting data on the real amount of subsidiary materials, bunker C oil, and power consumption rate in real time.
|
