A temperature compensation device of a solenoid for pulse width modulation is provided to drive a valve efficiently regardless of temperature change by detecting resistance in changing current of the solenoid and compensating the pulse width modulation duty ratio. In a solenoid(10) driving a valve according to PWM driving of a driver having a protection circuit, a temperature compensation device includes a current measuring unit(50) connected to the solenoid to measure current in changing temperature of the solenoid, and a control unit(30) estimating current of a solenoid resistor by receiving current from the current measuring unit and compensating the pulse width modulation duty ratio in changing temperature of the solenoid by estimating resistance of the solenoid according to measured current and estimated current. The current measuring unit has a resistor detecting current, and an amplifying unit(52) differentially amplifying the value detected by the resistor and measuring current. |
