A high efficient DC(Direct Current) motor using a permanent magnet is provided to reduce rotation force and power consumption by arranging a plurality of magnets in a single pole when arranging an external stator as a permanent magnet. In a high efficient DC motor using a permanent magnet, magnetized iron cores are distributed in a circular shape as a stator according to the number of poles. The magnetized iron core of one side has a plurality of grooves and gaps between the grooves are densely located according to size, thickness, and intensity of permanent magnets(10,11). A predetermined intensity of magnetic field is constructed on the inner surface of the magnetized iron core by inserting the permanent magnets(10,11) into the grooves of the magnetized iron core. The plurality of permanent magnets(10,11) is covered by a magnetic absorbing outer case(20). And the inside of the stator is composed of a rotor.
