An apparatus for processing a groove of a wood is provided to improve the cutting performance by fitting one round saw comprising the saw blade unit and increase the digging performance regardless of shapes of the wood. An apparatus for processing a groove of a wood is composed of a first knob unit(10); a driving motor(20) mounted at one side of the first knob unit; a supporting rod(30) fixed at one end of the first knob unit for the position variation; a connection cover(35) fixed to prevent the supporting rod from being vertically flowed for the first knob unit; a second knob unit(40) fixed at a predetermined position of the supporting rod; a pair of fixing devices(50,50') fixed at the front end of the supporting rod; a saw blade unit(60) rotatably fixed at the fixing devices and formed with plural circular saws(62) having plural saw teeth on the circumference; a driving pulley(72) connected at the shaft of the motor; a driven pulley(74) rotatably fixed between a pair of fixing devices; a belt(76) wound between the driving and driven pulleys; and a power transmitting unit transferring the rotary force generated by the motor to the saw blade unit.
