<p>An electronic device is provided to increase operability of the portable electronic device while restricting an area occupied by the device for a user interface including the touch sensor. A touch detector(41) detects touch in a detecting area. A press detector(37) detects press applied to a position in the detecting area. A processor continuously scrolls contents displayed to a display unit(14) based on information representing movement of the touched position detected in the touch detector and scrolls the contents displayed to the display unit whenever the press is detected in the press detector.</p> |
