<p>Polymorphisms of thromboxane A2 receptor(TBXA2R) associated with asthma phenotype are provided to anticipate phenotype of acetyl salicylic acid-intolerant asthma(AIA). The polymorphisms of thromboxane A2 receptor(TBXA2R) include a TBXA2R+795T>C polymorphism, wherein the TBXA2R+795T>C polymorphism interacts with HLA DPB1*0301 genotype; and the TBXA2R+795T>C polymorphism is capable of increasing a bronchus contraction response by L-ASA(lysine acetylsalicylate).</p> |
