PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system capable of improving network security by appropriately changing inherent information of a communication terminal connected to a network. SOLUTION: The communication control system is provided with a plurality of communication terminals 2 provided with a transmitting/receiving part 3 connected to the network 1 and a control part 4. The transmitting/receiving part 3 includes an inherent information list 5 in which inherent information of each of the communication terminals 2 is stored, a network characteristic value recording means 6 for recording a network characteristic value shared among the whole communication terminals 2, an inherent information converting means 7 for converting the inherent information list 5 on the basis of the inherent information list 5 and the network characteristic value, a conversion inherent information list 8 in which conversion inherent information belonging to the inherent information converting means 7 is stored, a transmitting part 9 for adding the conversion inherent information to transmission data, and a receiving part 12 for determining whether the conversion inherent information list 8 coincides with the conversion inherent information about reception data and determining the acceptance/rejection of receiving the reception data.
