PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a cargo chamber and hold a seat belt buckle with good operability of a seat belt even if a seat cushion can independently move forward by connecting a seat cushion rear part and a seat back bottom part by a member provided with a holding part for holding a seat belt buckle member. SOLUTION: This seat belt arrangement structure comprises a seat cushion 18 movably installed at a front part, and a seat back 19 reclinably installed approximately parallely above the seat cushion 18. The seat cushion 18 is installed movably forward independently from the seat back 19, and a connecting member 30 for connecting the rear part of the seat cushion 18 and the bottom part of the seat back 19 is provided. A holding part 36 for holding the seat belt buckle member 35 installed on the other end of the seat belt 34 fixed to a vehicle body 4 on one end is provided to the connecting member 30.
