An engineering-construction structure by construction stone and a construction method using the same are provided to improve exterior beauty by exposing the construction stone in various shapes, and improve stability thereof. An engineering-construction structure by construction stone(320) comprises an engineering-construction module(300) of construction stone being integrally formed with a base net(310), and a supporting/fixing unit(400) mounted to a lattice of the base net to fix the base net. In the engineering-construction module for construction stone, the base net is disposed between upper and lower molds, and the stone material is put in through an entry. A construction method using the engineering-construction structure comprises a module arrangement step for arranging the engineering-construction module including the construction stone integrally formed with the base net, a module connection step for connecting a plurality of the engineering-construction modules of to a module connection unit, and a module fixing step for fixing the engineering-construction modules by the supporting/fixing unit.
