The valve has a valve body (10) comprising a dosage chamber (15) and a valve (20) moving in the chamber between rest and distributing positions. The chamber has an upper joint (30) and a lower joint (40) tightly cooperating with the valve (20). A neck joint (50) tightly cooperates with the valve body (10) and a neck (2) of a container (1), where the valve body and the neck of the container comprise tapered parts. The neck joint and one of the joints (30, 40) are made in a single piece : An independent claim is also included for a medicated fluid product distributing device comprising a container and a distributing valve.
