PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and rationalize the set work of base materials to a foaming molding die. SOLUTION: To the skin set part of a drag, a first spacer tool is set. Then, to the drag to which the first spacer tool has been set, a preliminarily molded base material is set. Then, the drag and a cope are once closed, a base material is installed to the base material set part of the cope. Then, the drag and the cope are opened, and the first spacer tool is removed from the drag. Then, the preliminarily molded skin is installed to the skin set part of the drag. Also, the drag to which the skin has been installed and the cope to which the base material has been installed, are closed, and a foamed body is foaming-molded between the skin and the base material.
