PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook device eliminating the need for arranging a worker on the ground, and easily hooking and carrying a cargo on the ground by a pilot of a helicopter. SOLUTION: In the hook device, hooks 5 are attached to both end lower parts of a hanger member 2 having a suspension part 3 so that openings 7 of the hooks 5 face each other. A guide bar 8 is disposed between the openings of the hooks 5 to receive a sling wire for removal, and retaining levers of the length enough to close the openings are provided to be opened/closed.
