PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and quickly inform all persons concerned of warning information on terrorism notice, a claimer or the like independently of human decision. SOLUTION: This information processing system comprises a reception means 1 for receiving a suspicious notification or/and a suspicious object, an information processing apparatus 10 for, upon the reception of the suspicious notification or suspicious object by the reception means 1, processing the suspicious notification or suspicious object into digital crime notice information D1, a determination means 6 for determining the reliability of the crime notice information D1 output from the information processing apparatus 10, and a communication modem 19 for communicating warning information D4 to persons concerned according to the reliability of the crime notice information D1 determined by the determination means 6. The configuration can accurately and quickly inform all persons concerned of the warning information D4 on terrorism notice, a claimer or the like independently of human decision.
