A warning and ejecting apparatus for self-defense is provided to previously prevent a dangerous state by using an operation sensor for sensing the motion of persons. A case(110) includes an upper case(111), a convex mirror(112), an internal emitting body(113), a receiving part, a lower case(114) having a power supply, and a hinge part(115). A tear gas storage unit includes a coupling part coupled with the receiving part, a tear gas hole for inputting and outputting tear gas, and an injection tube for receiving and injecting the tear gas. An injection nozzle unit(130) includes a nozzle coupling part, an injection hole for injecting the tear gas, a coupling part, an anti-sliding projection, a stopper coupling part, a nozzle hole, and an anti-leakage stopper(135). A control unit includes a controller, an operation sensor, and a proximity sensor. A display unit includes a warning generation part, a speaker, and a light(153). An operational switch unit is connected with the controller of the control unit. |
