PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a copying document with envelope that can easily seal in the copy sheet. SOLUTION: The copying document with envelop 10 uses tack paper 15 for the cover section which shall be collated with copy sheets 12, 13 to the shape of a booklet. The tack paper 15, when a release sheet 18 at the inside rim portion is removed, is then double folded and, when the adhesive layer 17 is pasted together, becomes envelop form containing the copy sheets 12, 13, and seals them inside without cutting off the copy sheets 13, 14.
