<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately support maintenance of components by taking into consideration not only operating information after time of starting of measurement but also the operating information before the time of start of measurement even when measurement of the operating information of the component begins from the start of measurement time which is after the start of use of the component and measurement is not carried out on the operating information before the time of start of measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A component maintenance supporting apparatus 30 is provided with an acquiring means 32, a measurement accumulated value calculating means 33, a relational expression predicting means 34 and a supporting information producing means 35, and supports maintenance of components 51, 53, 61, 63, 71, 72 and 77 composing an air conditioner 10. The acquiring means 32 acquires operating information on the component on which measurement is carried out from the start of measurement which is after the start of use up to the present. The measurement accumulated value calculating means 33 calculates an accumulated value of the operating time or the number of times of the component from the measurement starting time to the present based on the measurement information. The relational expression predicting means 34 predicts the relational expression between the passage of time from the start of use and the accumulated value based on the accumulated value.
