PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image composing apparatus remarkably reducing the development of software required for image composition. SOLUTION: As image composing means, an image composing computation block 2 and a switch 3 extract image data M from a main memory 4 as an image data storage means using data K of a key signal from a key memory 6 as a key data storage means and an image is composed with image synthetic data T as texture data from a title memory 5 as an image synthetic data storage means. Thus, the image synthetic data T and the data K of the key signal are easily read, so that the image data M and the image synthetic data T are composed in simple configuration.
