PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to implement color conversion at high speed based on a plurality of optional color conversion profiles. SOLUTION: A color conversion apparatus disclosed herein acquires a profile wherein a plurality of output values in a first color conversion profile are coincident with a plurality of input values of a second color conversion profile when converting color components of image data, the first and second color conversion profiles defining cross-references between the input values and the output values in a form of a plurality of combinations in the case of converting color components of image data, acquires the image data wherein colors of pixels are designated according to the color components, converts the color components of the image data into the output value of the first color conversion profile on the basis of the first color conversion profile and uses the output values as input values to perform conversion on the basis of the second color conversion profile.
