PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield film, a shield filter, and manufacturing methods thereof, wherein both a transparency and an adhesion are contained. SOLUTION: A metal foil adhered to a transparent substrate via an adhesive is subjected to a chemical etching process to form a metalized mesh. On the metalized mesh, a composition for forming a resin layer which has, as a principal component, (meta)acrylic resin not containing a carboxyl group curable with ultraviolet rays is coated, and the resin layer obtained after cured by irradiating the ultraviolet rays has an adhesion.
