PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked heat exchanger capable of satisfying both of connecting strength and heat exchanging efficiency. SOLUTION: In this stacked heat exchanger wherein a plurality of flat metallic plates 2 are stacked at prescribed intervals, and first fluid passages 3 for circulating a first refrigerant and second fluid passages 4 for circulating a second refrigerant exchanging heat with the first refrigerant are alternately formed between the stacked flat metallic plates 2 in the stacking direction, the first fluid passage 3 and the second fluid passage 4 constitute a flow channel having accordion-fold plane shape by combining a first flow channel component 5 and a second flow channel component 6 having comb-shaped plane shape.
