PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure feed method, a pressure feed device, a fuel gas supply device and a relay station of a gas transportation line making start preparation at a time of stop by continuously operating a motor driving a compressor unnecessary or reducing overload, and stabilizing gas supply pressure. SOLUTION: In the pressure feed method of fluid provided with a compressor, a fluid supply line connected to a suction port of the compressor, an outlet line connected to a delivery port of the compressor, a recycle line connecting the suction port and the delivery port of the compressor, pressure in the outlet line is detected and feed back control of the compressor and a recycle valve is executed, an inlet fluid pressure regulating valve is provided in a fluid supply line, and pressure in an upstream side of the inlet fluid pressure regulating valve is detected and opening of the inlet fluid pressure regulating valve is controlled.
