PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a transmission and a V-type engine at a low position of a vehicle, expand front field of view from a driver's seat, prevent deterioration of oil in the transmission due to heat and improve durability of flexible tube. SOLUTION: In a lower part structure for a vehicle having the V-type engine and the transmission longitudinally mounted on the vehicle, having a first exhaust pipe and a second exhaust pipe connected to both sides of the V-type engine, having the first exhaust pipe extended rearward in one side in width direction of the vehicle, having the second exhaust pipe pass through a lower side of the transmission and bent to extend from another side in width direction of the vehicle to one side and merge with the first exhaust pipe, and having flexible tube provided on a section of the second exhaust pipe extending in width direction of the vehicle in the lower side of the transmission, the flexible tube is provided in a position separate from a lowermost part of a transmission case formed in a cylindrical shape of the transmission in a width direction one side of the vehicle and close to a merge part to the first exhaust pipe.
