A coloring road paving material, a coloring road paving method using the same, and a transfer paper for the coloring road pavement are provided to improve the economically efficient performance by containing a low tar asphalt binder. A coloring road paving material(100) is composed of a fine aggregate; a low tar asphalt binder containing the less tar then the normal asphalt; and a coloring pigment. The fine aggregate is formed by more than one material selected from a cluster comprising white cement, a fine grained lime stone, and a fine grained lime mixture. A reforming material is more added by at least one material chosen from a cluster comprising a reinforcing fiber, a synthetic resin, rubber, and a fluorescent material. |
