SYSTEM, METHOD AND WIRELESS TERMINAL FOR INPUTTING THE MESSAGE USING SLIDING ON TOUCH SCREEN

A system and a method for inputting a text message in sliding manner on a touch screen and a wireless terminal thereof are provided to dispose a character inputting area on a concentric circle based on a fixed area where a user's fingers are immovably contacted on the touch screen, thereby conveniently inputting the text message. A contact sensor(110) senses whether a user's fingers are contacted. A position checker(120) checks positions of the user's fingers by checking a distance and a moving direction of the sensed user's fingers. A direction guide generator(130) provides a guide for an input progression direction in accordance with finger movements of the user on the basis of the checked positions of the fingers. A display(170) provides a character input area for inputting characters by contact of the user's fingers and a character display area for displaying the corresponding characters mapped with character selection points where the user's fingers are positioned in the character input area.
