PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone improving a workability while inhibiting an increase in the number of control keys. SOLUTION: A key-allocating information storage 22 stores a telephone number 331 allocated to one single-operation key and an electronic-mail address 332. A telephone-number collater 13 collates the telephone number 331 with an absence-receiving information 30. An electronic-mail address collater 14 collates the electronic-mail address 332 with an unread-mail information 31. A lighting control unit 15 lights the single-operation key on the basis of the results of these collations. When the single-operation key is operated, a program starter 10 starts either of a call program and a mail program on the basis of the results of the collations.
