PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability when a calculus crusher is mounted on an operating part in a lithomyl which is inserted through an endoscope to crush a calculus. SOLUTION: A lithomyl is provided with a grip part 90 for connecting an operation wire 10. The grip part 90 has a wire connection button 96 for fixing the operation wire 10 on the grip part 90 in its axial direction, a pin 95 for fixing the operation wire 10 in the direction about its axis and a stopper 100 which forbids the movement of the wire connection button 96 while forcing the pin 95.
