A method for insulating a sensor lead and a sensor lead insulation device are provided to simplify the manufacturing process and manufacturing costs by eliminating an insulating tube insertion process. One side of an insulation device is formed with an H-shaped beam. A pair of concave parts(102) facing each other are formed in a longitudinal direction of the insulation device. The concave parts are divided by a center barrier rib(104). A center barrier rib(106) of the other side of the insulation device is extended in the longitudinal direction so that both leads(108) of a sensor device(120) are inserted into the concave parts. Ends of the loads are attached on a circuit terminal line by using a compression band(110) or a solder.
