CONSTANT-CURRENT DRIVING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant-current driving device of which chip area and current consumption can be reduced.

SOLUTION: The constant-current driving device is provided with: an operational amplifier 12 for outputting a voltage corresponding to a potential difference between a voltage V1 of a reference current input terminal 100 to which a reference current Iref1 is input and a reference voltage V2; a reference transistor RTr1 for controlling the reference current Iref1 in accordance with an output voltage of the operational amplifier 12; drive transistors DTr1-DTr(n+1) of which control electrode is respectively connected to an output of the operational amplifier 12; and a plurality of drive circuits 14_1-14_(n+1) for respectively outputting drive currents I1-In corresponding to the reference current Iref1.
