PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic guidance system capable of properly supporting the traffic guidance by transmitting the latest traffic information to a vehicle while monitoring the flow of the traffic. SOLUTION: When the travelling route of a vehicle becomes un-matching with the traffic information indicated by the server device 200, the terminal device 100 mounted on the vehicle searches the route again. The terminal device 100 transmits the route information and the terminal intrinsic information to the server device 200, and again requests estimation of the traffic flow to the server device 200 from the results of route search by the terminal device 100. Thereby, the route information of each terminal device 100 managed by the server 200 is always the latest information, therefore the simulation of the traffic flow executed by the server device 200 can always device a correct traffic flow estimation results. Consequently, the estimation of the optimum traffic flow can be realized, and the terminal device 100 can correctly calculate the necessary time information by the route search using the information.
