Sound collecting cushions for a cellular phone and a fabrication method of the sound collecting cushions are provided to be installed on the girth of a speaker to collect receiving sounds outputted from the speaker so as to induce the collected sounds to a user's ear, thus the user can easily hear the receiving sounds. Sound collecting cushions(20,30) are installed in a rim part of a cover(14) of a cellular phone(10). The sound collecting cushions(20,30) surround a speaker(14a) by being fixed to the rim part of the cover(14) in order to maximally prevent paging sounds outputted from the speaker(14a) during a call from being scattered to the outside. The sound collecting cushions(20,30) are smoothly contacted with a user's auricle with cushion.
