A proportional steering walking vehicle is provided to steer a travel unit easily, and to drive the vehicle conveniently by automatically adjusting the steering direction and the steering angle and moving the center of gravity. A proportional steering walking vehicle includes a swinging unit(1000) vertically placed on the ground to adjust distance between left and right sides of the swinging unit, a travel unit formed in a lower part of the swinging unit, and a steering unit steering the travel unit. The proportional steering unit is proportionally operated to steer forward in front of the travel unit, not to steer in operating with the other travel unit in parallel and to inversely steer in a rear part of the travel unit. The proportional steering unit has an operation unit tilting the swinging unit to the right and the left according to the center of gravity of a passenger, and an inclined proportional steering unit(3400) proportionally steering according to front and rear inclination of the swinging unit based on the position of the swinging unit.
