METHOD FOR GENERATING ERROR MESSAGE AND TRANSMITTING DATA IN OMC SYSTEM

An error message generation and data transmission method of an OMC(Operations and Maintenance Center) system is provided to enable a monitoring system such as the OMC system to generate an error message showing error situation by using a standard code for an error, thus error recognition of a user for the error situation is unified. An error message code(300) included in an error message comprises as follows. An error type definition field(310) is a distinctive code corresponding to error message definition. A system component field(320) is a largely divided distinctive number in accordance with error generation parts. A monitoring type field(330) is an intermediately divided serial number for detailed factors that cause an error. A monitoring target function factor field(340) is a slightly divided serial number in accordance with service providing methods of a system.
