<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle a methane fermented liquid produced from methane fermentation facility and paper sludge incineration ash produced from a paper manufacturing industry. <P>SOLUTION: The paper sludge ash to be used is prepared by mixing and firing the paper sludge with lime refining residue. A granular material of a fertilizer raw material is formed by mixing press cake with the paper sludge ash. The recycled fertilizer is obtained by mixing the fermentation liquid with the granular material, and the recycle fertilizer is granulated if necessary. As the methane fermentation liquid produced from the methane fermentation facilities, a dehydration separated liquid after a slurry-like waste liquid is dehydrated or the slurry-like waste liquid before the solid/liquid separation is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
