PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission structure for effectively suppressing the membrane oscillation of a cover member as part of the outer wall of a transmission. SOLUTION: The transmission structure comprises a transmission case, an opening 2a formed at the transmission case, and the cover member 3 for closing the opening 2a. Herein, a cover member pressing means (a plate spring 10, e.g.) is provided for pressing the approximately central portion of the cover member 3 from the inside of the transmission case to the outside by a predetermined load.
