SUBSTRATE FOR ANALYSIS AND ANALYZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for analysis and an analyzer for enhancing detection sensitivity by suppressing the effect of background noise light on the detection sensitivity. SOLUTION: This substrate 91 equipped with a cell 95 for therein holding a specimen solution is provided. A light shield layer 92 is provided on a surface of the substrate 91 provided with the cell 95. A cover layer 94 is provided on a surface of the substrate 91 on its side where the cell 95 is formed, the cover layer 94 covering the cell 95 so that a liquid is held in the cell 95.
