PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryostat structure for performing a centering operation while preventing the contact of a low temperature container either with another low temperature container or with an outer jacket. SOLUTION: In this cryostat structure, a low temperature container (1) is suspended by a thermally insulating suspending tube (2) which is connected to an outer jacket (3) of the cryostat structure, and is made centered with respect to the outer jacket (3) arranged out of the container (1) using at least three centering elements (4) which are disposed around the low temperature container (1), wherein each of the centering elements (4) has such a structure that each of the centering elements (4) prevents it from being loaded with an excessive load due to the change of sizes of components of the actuator (7) regardless of the temperature in the cryostat structure.
