METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MATS CONSISTING OF NANOFIBERS BY ELECTROSPINNIG AND MATS MANUFACTURED THEREBY

A mats consisting of nano-fibers by using the electro-spinning and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to position a cylindrical collector within a hollow portion of a cylindrical nozzle block. A cylindrical nozzle block(2) has a double tube shape and a sidewall incised in part. A collector(3) is a cylindrical conductor and positioned at the inside hollow of the cylindrical nozzle block. The cylindrical nozzle block is moved upwardly and downwardly in order to integrate the nano fibers on the collector when emitting the electricity. The high voltage is applied to the cylindrical nozzle block. The integrated nano fibers are divided into continuous mat shapes by means of a transfer roller(6) and wound by a winder(7).
