A panel testing apparatus is provided to supply, test, and exhaust panels continually and automatically, thereby improving the working efficiency, compared with the conventional manual working process. A loading unit(100) is configured to load panels. A plurality of panel rotators(200) supply the panels from the loading unit to a UCU(Universal Centering Unit)(300), or exhaust the panels from an exhaustion arrangement stage(800) to an unloading unit(900). The UCU centers the supplied panels in X and Y directions. A panel exchanger(500) moves the panels to predetermined locations. An index drive unit(600) rotates the panels to a test unit for testing the supplied panels. The exhaustion arrangement stage exhausts and arranges the tested panels. The unloading unit unloads the panels.
