A micro combustion/reforming device is provided to minimize a temperature difference within the reactor by inducing uniform mixing of fuel and air such that generation of a heat value required in heating is uniformly proceeded on the front of a reactor in which an object to be heated is present in a system in which thin metal plates with micro-channels are stacked in multi-layers, and a heating body and a body to be heated are alternately supplied to a thin combustion plate and a thin heat transfer plate. A micro combustion/reforming device comprises: an upper plate(100) on which a supply hole(120) for flowing in a raw gas is formed; a lower plate(200) on which an exhaust hole for exhausting a reforming gas is formed; a plurality of thin plates(10) which are stacked between the upper and lower plates and have a gas moving hole and a gas exhaust hole, wherein the gas moving hole and the gas exhaust hole extend micro-channel faces(19) coated with a combustion catalyst, the supply hole, and the exhaust hole respectively, and are connected to the micro-channel faces; metal meshes(500) coated with an oxidation/reforming catalyst and inserted into a hole formed by the supply hole and the gas moving hole, and a hole formed by the exhaust hole and the gas exhaust hole; and heaters(600) which are installed within the metal mesh that are inserted into the hole formed by the supply hole and the gas moving hole such that the heaters are spaced from one another in a predetermined distance to supply heat value to the metal mesh.
