A direction turning device for a camera phone lens is provided to hide the lens in a camera phone, and to shift the lens so that the lens can turn towards a front of the phone in case of self-shooting, then to shift the lens so that the lens can turn towards a rear of the phone in normal-shooting. A lens base(30) is pivotally connected within a chamber, and consists of a lens(33) installed on a sidewall, an upper pivot(31) upward extended from an upper side, and a lower pivot(32) upward extended from a lower side. A driving unit(40) rotatively drives the lens base(30), to maintain so that the lens(33) turns towards a window on a front/rear side of a camera phone. A position setup unit(50) enables the lens base(30) to be firmly and stably positioned at once while the rotation of the lens base(30) is interrupted.
