<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically and/or magnetically operable device which can emit the data carried by an external reading device so that it can cooperate with a delivering device to control the delivery of a medicament to a patient when stored in a reservoir for the medicament. <P>SOLUTION: The passive reservoir for medicament in the form of a plastic bag 1 has a hanging eyelet 2 at its upper end and a lower outlet nozzle 3. The plastic bag 1 has bottom corners 4 and 5.
